Try KUDU properly. If your first order is not for you, we will refund it in full.

How it works

1. Email us within 30 days of your first order being delivered. Write to info@kudunutrition.com with your order number.
2. Send your box back. We will reply with our returns address. Post back your KUDU box, opened is fine. You do not need to give a reason.
3. We refund your first order in full to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of your box arriving back with us.

What is covered

• Your first order placed on kudunutrition.com, whether it is a subscription or a one-time purchase.
• The full amount you paid for that order.
• Any free gifts included with the order. You keep them.

The small print

• One refund per customer. A customer means one person and one delivery address.
• The guarantee covers your first order only. Later orders and subscription renewals are not covered, but you can pause, skip or cancel a subscription at any time from your account before your next delivery.
• If you subscribed and also want to stop future deliveries, cancel from your account or tell us in the same email and we will cancel it for you.
• Orders placed through other retailers or marketplaces, such as Amazon or TikTok Shop, are covered by that retailer's own returns policy.
• Your claim must reach us within 30 days of delivery of your first order.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if a product is faulty or not as described. It does not affect them.
