Things gym owners ask us

How does the trade discount actually apply?

Once you’re approved, your trade codes work at checkout: TRADE40 for 10–19 units, TRADE45 for 20 units or more. Enter the email you applied with and the code, and the discount shows on the order summary. No account or password needed. The codes only work for approved trade emails, so a leaked code is useless to anyone else.

Is the minimum ten of one product, or ten in total?

Ten in total. Six boxes of liquid collagen and four packs of Collagen + Creatine is a valid first order. Every flavour counts.

What about VAT?

Liquid collagen is VAT zero-rated, so £20.97 is £20.97. Collagen + Creatine carries standard-rate VAT: the £35.97 trade price is inc VAT (£29.98 ex), and if you’re VAT-registered you reclaim it as normal. Your Shopify order confirmation doubles as your VAT invoice.

Can I sell single sachets?

Yes, and plenty do. Each liquid collagen sachet is individually sealed and labelled. A £3 single from a front-desk fridge turns a £20.97 box into £42. Collagen + Creatine sachets work the same way for a post-session scoop.

How fast is delivery?

Royal Mail, 2–3 business days, free on every trade order. Orders ship from our UK warehouse.

Do you offer sale-or-return or consignment?

No. Trade orders are paid at checkout by card. We put the generosity into the margin instead: 40% off with no contract, no minimum term and a ten-unit minimum that costs about £210.

Can I get product images and shelf copy?

Yes. Reply to your welcome email and we’ll send digital product shots, a one-page product sheet and the review quotes we’re allowed to share.

Do you sell to big chains and supermarkets?

We work with independents: gyms, studios, PTs, clinics, health shops and the distributors who supply them. That is deliberate. Your customers won’t find it cheaper on the high street.

What if my application isn’t approved?

Applications are approved instantly. If our checks can’t find your business, your first order simply gets a quick human look before it ships, and we may email you for a website or social link.
